Melanin Poppin is a book of a collection of variations I collected over the years I written in forms of poetry. During my younger years into becoming a young woman and adult I found healing through words and power in the pen. So this book is a book for not only young ladies and little girls to engage in . It’s a book I would suggest anyone to read if you ever had a dream and life got in the way and your dream was put on hold. It’s a book to let you know to never stop progressing and believing , keep going. I written mostly about things I felt passionately about growing up and things I learned growing up. So hopefully it gets people thinking and researching.
